Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please contact our customer service within this period via info@molanaclo.fr to arrange a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
In the case of a defect, Molana will reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Return Conditions
– Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
– All accessories must be included.
– Please ensure the package is properly protected to prevent damage during return shipping.
Responsibility
Molana is not responsible for delays or damage during return shipment.
We recommend checking your package within 24 hours of delivery and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.
